HOTĂRÂRE

privind aprobarea corectării erorii prevăzută în PUG –ul municipiului Suceava – zona din UTR 21, în suprafaţă totală de 47.156 mp teren situat pe strada Parcului

 

Consiliul Local al municipiului Suceava;

 

Având în vederea Expunerea de motive a Primarului si Viceprimarului municipiului Suceava înregistrată cu nr.23.779/23.07.2010 şi raportul Serviciului de urbanism si amenajarea teritoriului nr.23.780/23.07.2010 şi Raportul Comisiei amenajarea teritoriului, urbanism şi protecţia mediului;

În conformitate cu prevederile Planului urbanistic general al municipiului Suceava cu Regulamentul local de urbanism aferent;

            În baza dispoziţiilor art. 36 alin. (2), lit c), alin.(5) lit. c) , art. 45 alin.(2), lit e), art. 47 si art. 49 din Legea administraţiei publice locale nr. 215/2001, republicată, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare;

 

HOTĂRĂŞTE:

 

Art.1   Se aproba corectarea erorii prevazuta in PUG –ul municipiului Suceava – zona din UTR 21, in suprafata totala de 47.156 mp teren situat pe strada Parcului – fosta ferma 1 a RA APPS, referitoare la neconformitatea destinatiei acestei suprafete de teren proprietate privata, a carei functiune prevazuta in PUG –ul municipiului este de „paduri amenajate”; in realitate aceste suprafete de teren avand destinatia de curti – cladiri, livada, faneata, drumuri acces, asa cum rezulta din expertiza judiciara.

Art. 2  Expertiza judiciara prezentata alaturat face parte integranta din prezentul proiect de hotarire.

Art. 3 Primarul municipiului Suceava, prin serviciile de specialitate, va aduce la îndeplinire prevederile prezentei hotărâri.
