HOTARÂRE

privind trecerea din domeniul public al Municipiului Iasi in domeniul privat al Municipiului Iasi al mijloacelor fixe, mijloacelor fixe de natura obiectelor de inventar si a obiectelor de inventar de natura mijloacelor fixe neamortizate integral aflate in administrarea S.C.”CET IASI” S.A. ce urmeaza a fi casate cuprinse in Anexa 1.1.

Consiliul Local al Municipiului Iași întrunit în ședința ordinară în data de 23 decembrie 2009;

Având în vedere inițiativa Primarului Municipiului Iasi prin expunerea de motive la proiectul de hotarâre ;

Având în vedere avizul favorabil întocmit de Comisia economico - financiară a Consiliului Local al Municipiului Iași;

Având în vedere avizul favorabil întocmit de Comisia juridică și de disciplină a Consiliului Local al Municipiului Iași;

Având în vedere referatul de specialitate ( nota de fundamentare ) nr.28.424/17.12.2009 intocmit de catre S.C.”CET IASI";

Având în vedere OG 112/2000 privind reglementarea procesului de scoatere din functiune, casare si valorificare a activelor corporale care alcatuiesc domeniul public al statului si al unitatilor administrativ - teritoriale;

Având în vedere art.17 din Legea 213/1998 privind proprietatea publica si regimul juridic al acesteia;

Având în vedere Hotaririle Consiliului de Administratie nr.13/17.12.2009 si al Adunarii Generale a Actionarilor nr.11/17.12.2009 ale S.C.”CET IASI” S.A., privind intocmirea catre proprietar a unui proiect de hotarire privind trecerea din domeniul public al Municipiului Iasi in domeniul privat al Municipiului Iasi al mijloacelor fixe, mijloacelor fixe de natura obiectelor de inventar si al obiectelor de inventar de natura mijloacelor fixe neamortizate integral aflate in administrarea S.C.”CET IASI” S.A. ce urmeaza a fi casate cuprinse in Anexa 1.1.

HOTARASTE:

Art.1 Se aproba trecerea din domeniul public al Municipiului Iasi in domeniul privat al Municipiului Iasi al mijloacelor fixe, mijloacelor fixe de natura obiectelor de inventar si al obiectelor de inventar de natura mijloacelor fixe neamortizate integral aflate in administrarea S.C.”CET IASI” S.A. ce urmeaza a fi casate cuprinse in Anexa 1.1.

Anexa nr.1.1. face parte integranta din prezenta hotarire.

Art.2 Prezenta hotarire va fi comunicata:Primarului Municipiului Iasi;S.C.”CET IASI” S.A., Direcția Tehnică si Institutiei Prefectului Judetului Iasi.

Art.3 (1) Punerea în aplicare a prevederilor prezentei hotărâri va fi asigurată de S.C.”CET IASI” S.A. și Direcția Tehnică.

(2) Aducerea la cunostinta publica prezentei hotarari va fi asigurata de Centrul de Informatii pentru Cetățeni.
